Louisa May Alcott

In your comment this week, make two lists. In your first list, tell me three things from Louisa May Alcott's life that you would like to do or that you admire. In your second list, tell me three things that you would not like to do or that you disagree with. Your lists should be formatted like this:

1. Each list should be numbered 1-3.
2. Each item should start with a capital letter.
3. Each item should have an end mark if it is a sentence.

What Does This Mean to You?

On page 86 of The Hero's Trail, the author quotes from the Talmud, "Whatever you take, you will someday lose. But whatever you give, you will always have."

In a few sentences, explain what this quote means to you. Give an example if possible.

The Hero's Trail

This summer you read The Hero's Trail. Please leave a comment telling which one hero in the book made the greatest impression on you. Write at least three sentences using good punctuation, spelling, and capitalization. You are welcome to use your book to refresh your memory.

Personally, I believe that one of the most impressive heroes is Anne Frank. Her courage and her ability to look for the best in people is remarkable. She is a role model for anyone who goes through difficult experiences.
